Our approach to e-commerce as a means to support our merchandising business was
to develop a standardized, yet scalable e-commerce site that would initially meet 80%
of a client's needs without sizable modification. The remaining 20% of a client's business
requirements are incorporated into the site, creating a customized, yet timely
approach to development. This is the basis of what we call the vShop.
With e-commerce ordering being our second most popular ordering channel, our vShops
will facilitate more than 1 million dollars in merchandising sales this year.
